As part of Business Services, we are your one-stop document shop!

Our department provides the district with the most affordable printing services available. Charging only for the maintenance and supplies associated with the printing of custom, instructional and informational materials, Publications is the best option for controlling these types of costs throughout the district. Low cost printing for student yearbooks, specialty items and instructional materials, coupled with fast, efficient and professional service will free up your budget dollars for much needed student supplies.

Services

  • Production Copying: 
    • Bond paper in pastel and bright colors 
    • Index,card/coverstock in various colors 
    • Envelopes and various specialty papers 
    • Carbonless paper (NCR) in 2-5 parts 
  • Digital Duplicating: Original productions can be sent to Publications via e-mail and reproduced utilizing digital duplicating/copying equipment.
     
  • Color Copying: Full color reproductions are available utilizing a color copier in sizes up to 11" x 17". 
     
  • Large Format Printing:
    • Full color or single color posters 24" x 36" 
  • Bindery Services: Cutting, Padding, Folding, Hot Gluing, Stapling, Numbering, Collating, Spiral Tape Binding. 
     
  • Graphic Layout Design: Custom forms and publications are available by submitting a typewritten "rough" layout. Please provide complete directions for work concerning: Booklets, Brochures, Business Cards, Business Forms, Flyers, or Tickets.
