Parents/guardians only have to activate ONCE. If you have activated in the past, please click the "Forgot Password" link and enter your username or email address. Instructions will be emailed to you on how to reset your password.
Before you get started make sure you have:
1. Your activation key.
a. If you do not have a key, you may request one here.
2. An email address. If you do not have one, please create a Gmail account
Follow these steps:
Login, click Activate Account.
2. Read the Privacy Statement, click I Accept to agree to the privacy statement and continue to create an account. Sign in with Activation Key when screen opens. 
3. Enter First Name, Last Name and Activation Key as provided in the Activation Key letter.
(The first name and last name MUST MATCH the information recorded in Synergy exactly)
4.Choose Username and Password screen opens.
a. Enter the username that was provided or create a unique User Name
(An error message displays if someone is already using the user name entered)
b. Enter a password and re-enter it in the Confirm Password.
The password must be a minimum of 6 characters in length and can consist of numbers and letters,
but no special characters. The password is case-sensitive.
c. (Parents Only) Enter the Primary E-mail address.
