BACKGROUND/LIVESCAN:
State law requires all employees to be fingerprinted for the purpose of a confidential background investigation.

TUBERCULOSIS REQUIREMENT:
Per Education Code 49407, all employees (substitute and regular employees) must submit a current clear TB report prior to first day of employment.  

REASONABLE ACCOMMODIATION:
Individuals with disabilities requiring any accommodation, in order to participate in the testing process, must inform Human Resources in writing no later than the deadline to apply. Those applicants needing accommodations should document this request, including an explanation as to the type and extent of accommodations as well as documentation from a qualified authority of the requirements needed to participate in the selection process and/or perform the duties of the job for which they have applied.

School employees are to either show proof of full vaccination or be tested at least once per week.
