Our library has a collection of books just for parents. These books are kept away from the general collection and students do not have access to them. Parents may check out up to three books at a time for two weeks.  The books will be checked out under their child's name. Parent books do not count against a student's ability to check out their own library books. We do ask that the parent pickup and return the books to school.

Our parent collection includes books of interest to parents about things that are affecting their middle school children. Subjects include parenting, disabilities, bullying, eating disorders, body art, self mutilation, obesity and healthy living, cliques, coping with the grief of death, depression, divorce, math help, gangs, dyslexia, cyber safety and navigating the internet, MySpace, teen pregnancy, discipline, Asperger syndrome and autism, study strategies and anger management.

Please come in and browse our selection and select books that are of interest to you.

Parents are welcome to come to the library and use our computers to check their child's grades online.
