At our Summer Enrichment Program at Palm Vista, our Nutritional Services team brought something extra special to the table — a dragon fruit taste test! Our students explored this vibrant, tropical fruit and learned about its health benefits while enjoying its sweet, refreshing flavor. Big thanks to our team for keeping nutrition exciting and engaging.
