SENIORS - The FAFSA Application is open. This is how you can receive financial aid to help pay for college or trade schools. Remember to launch your FAFSA application from California Colleges App in Clever. There is a button that says "Launch FAFSA" right above the lessons. If you have any troubles launching the FAFSA please see Mrs. Kelley, your College & Career Advisor.
Interested in joining art club? Art club meetings will be starting on Tuesday after school until 4 o'clock in room C3 with Mrs. Kinsman. Art club is a peaceful space for students to work on current projects or start your own new ones! Art club students participate in county exhibitions and collaborate on our creative ideas. All are welcome in art club, no matter your talents and skills. See Mrs. Kinsman in C3 if you have questions!
New Life Club is meeting every Wednesday at lunch, and you are invited! If you have first lunch, we’ll meet in Mrs. Nicholson’s room (L-9). For second lunch, join us in Mr. Wali’s room (G-3). Come experience the amazing love and hope that Jesus offers—we’d love to see you there!
Life Stream and the Transition Partnership Program are hosting their first Blood Drive of the school year on Friday, October 17th in the Wrestling Room! Sign up in front of the library during 1st and 2nd lunch. All donors will receive a Starbucks gift card as a thank-you! Help save lives and get rewarded—don’t miss it!
Saturday school is coming up October 4. Nine or more unexcused absences from a class will result in no credit for the course. Four hours of Saturday School clears one full absence. If you are on the No-Go List for attendance, this is a way you can work toward getting off of it. There will be no transportation; however, food is provided. Sign up in the attendance office.
Homecoming is this Saturday in Trojan Gym! Dance tickets are available for purchase in the ASB office. $20 with ASB, $30 without, and $35 for out-of-school guests. This year's theme is "Cloud Nine," so think blues, whites, silvers -- anything dreamy. Hope to see you all there for an exciting night! Thursday, October 2 is the last day to pay for Homecoming tickets. No tickets will be sold on Friday.
The Homecoming Spirit Assembly later today will reveal the Homecoming Court, including the finalists for King and Queen. Be sure to vote today for who you want to win. Come to the Homecoming Game tonight, when the King and Queen will be revealed at halftime.

Seniors: the 2026 Elks Most Valuable Student application is now open! Awards are between $500 to $2000 for local, and more for state! Deadline is November 12, 2025. Check your Synergy email or see Ms. Happy for information.

Esports Club Sign-ups Are Open! Do you love gaming? Want to compete, improve your skills, and be part of a team? Now’s your chance! Sign-ups are in the library during your lunch. Games Offered include League of Legends, Rocket League, NBA 2K25, Madden NFL 25, Marvel Rivals, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Open to all skill levels—whether you're casual or competitive, there's a place for you!
The Homecoming Game is tonight at Trojan Stadium. Varsity kicks off at 7pm. Be there, and show out for tonight’s theme—White Out!
