Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Mental health struggles are common, and the silence around them is dangerous. Changing that starts with being honest, checking in on the people around you, and knowing where to turn when things get too heavy to hold. Thank you to everyone wearing purple and teal today to show your solidarity. Whether it's calling or texting 988 or reaching out to any trusted adult in your life, you don't have to carry things by yourself. Let's keep breaking the stigma.
